Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the velocitranexa.com website and rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rental Agreement

All gear rentals are subject to the following conditions:

• Renters must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian who signs the rental agreement
• A valid government-issued photo ID and credit card are required at pickup
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear
• Rental periods begin at the time of pickup and end at the scheduled return time

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservation requests made through our website or Trip Packer tool are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from our team. Cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup
• 50% charge for cancellations within 24-48 hours of pickup
• No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows
• Weather-related cancellations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Equipment Care and Responsibility

As a renter, you are responsible for:

• Using equipment only for its intended purpose and within your skill level
• Reporting any damage, malfunction, or safety concern immediately
• Not lending or subletting rented equipment to others
• Returning all equipment and accessories at the agreed time and location
• Costs of repair or replacement for damage beyond normal wear and tear

Damage Waiver

An optional damage waiver is available for ¥500 per day per item. This waiver covers accidental damage to the rented equipment (excluding loss, theft, and willful damage). The waiver does not cover:

• Loss or theft of equipment
• Intentional or reckless damage
• Use of equipment outside its intended purpose
• Damage resulting from use by unauthorized persons

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, camping, and climbing involve inherent risks including but not limited to falls, weather exposure, wildlife encounters, avalanches, and equipment failure. By renting equipment from velocitranexa.com, you acknowledge and assume these risks.

velocitranexa.com provides equipment in good working condition but cannot guarantee against all potential failures. It is the renter's responsibility to inspect equipment before use and discontinue use if any safety concern arises.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, velocitranexa.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our rental equipment or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the specific rental in question.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are subject to change without notice. Multi-day and group discounts are applied automatically at checkout. A security deposit via credit card authorization is required and will be released upon satisfactory return of equipment.

Intellectual Property

All content on the velocitranexa.com website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of velocitranexa.com and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Nagano Prefecture, Japan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
